Job Application Tracker
Keep every application in one list, with its status, dates and notes. It’s saved in this browser only, with a CSV export and a delete-all button.
Saved on this device. Your applications are kept in this browser’s own storage, not sent anywhere. Export a copy, or delete everything, at any time.

Know where every application stands
A job search can mean dozens of applications, each at a different stage: some sent, a few waiting for an interview, others gone quiet. Without a list it’s easy to forget a follow-up, mix up two companies, or apply twice. This tracker keeps everything in one place, sorted so the next thing you need to do is at the top.
How to use it
- Add an application with the company, the role, its status and the date you applied. A link and notes help later.
- When something changes, such as an interview invitation or an offer, press Edit and update the status and the next step’s date.
- Use the status buttons above the list to see, say, only the interviews coming up.
- Export a CSV file now and then: it’s your backup, and it opens in any spreadsheet.
The statuses
- Saved: a job you mean to apply for.
- Applied: sent, waiting to hear back.
- Interview: at least one interview arranged or done.
- Offer: an offer received.
- Rejected or Withdrawn: closed, kept for your records.
Habits that help
- Set a next step for every open application, even if it’s only “follow up” a week after applying. Due ones are marked.
- Note who you spoke to and what they said; it makes follow-ups and interviews easier.
- Save the job ad’s link, because ads often disappear once a job closes. Saving the ad’s text in your notes is even safer.
- Following up? Letter Templates has a short, polite follow-up note.
Using it on more than one device
Because nothing is sent to a server, the list lives only in the browser where you made it. To keep a copy elsewhere, export the CSV file and open it in a spreadsheet on your other device, or keep it in your own cloud storage. A weekly export is a good habit during an active search: if you clear your browser’s data, your list goes with it, but the file stays.
Your data
Everything stays in this browser on this device. It isn’t sent to us or anyone else. Delete all removes it at once, and so does clearing your browser’s data for this site.
