How to rotate a PDF
- Choose up to 10 PDFs, each up to 100 MB, or drop them on the box.
- Pick the turn: a quarter turn right, a half turn, or a quarter turn left.
- Leave "Every page" selected, or choose "Only these pages" and type them. Then press Rotate PDF and download.
When pages come out sideways
Scanners and phone apps often save some pages the wrong way round: a landscape table in a portrait report, a receipt photographed sideways, a page fed into the scanner upside down. Reading them means tilting your head or turning the screen. Rotating fixes the file itself, so it opens the right way for everyone you send it to.
Nothing on the page changes
A PDF stores which way each page should be shown, separately from what's on it. This tool changes only that setting, so text stays sharp and searchable, pictures keep their quality, and links, bookmarks and form fields stay as they were.
Choosing pages
Type single pages and ranges separated by commas: 3, 2, 5-7, or 10- for
page 10 to the end. Page numbers are the page's position in the file, counting the cover as 1, which may differ
from the numbers printed on the pages. If a number is beyond the last page, the tool says so instead of guessing.
Turns add up
If a page was already turned in the file, the new turn is added to it: a page turned a quarter right and then a quarter left ends up back where it started. So if one page still looks wrong, rotate just that page again by what's left. With several files, each is rotated the same way and keeps its name with "-rotated" added.
